I’m fully convinced that many of the health struggles we’re seeing in today’s littles and the straight-up cray cray moms are feeling postpartum are traced back to tiny nutrient imbalances that never got corrected.


It’s not always dramatic. Sometimes, it’s just a missing mineral or a misfiring B vitamin, but it adds up. And Mama, you deserve better.

✨ Bonus Gigi Tips 💦🍋

I know this might sound counterintuitive, especially since we've all been taught to avoid salt because of water retention and swelling, but hear me out. I highly recommend starting your mornings with:


Warm Lemon Water

  • 8 oz of warm water

  • ½ a fresh lemon, juiced

  • a pinch of mineral-rich Celtic sea salt

  • 1 - 10 drops of Grapefruit Vitality or any citrus.
