Did you know that every organ in your body & all of your emotions can be affected through your
spine, feet, ears & hands? I know it sounds crazy, but it is true!
Reflexology & acupressure is the application of pressure on specific points on the hands or feet. The theory is that specific points on the hands & feet correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to these points are believed to bring relaxation to the corresponding area of the body.
We will use hand charts to learn about all the points on your hands & how to use pressure in rhythm to specific areas for personal usage. In addition, we will bring out our oils & see how they impact each point!!! Make sure you invite a friend, have your water, oils & any roll ons you have handy so you can practice with us!!
