Shannon's Mega Red Drink

Updated: Sep 17, 2019

Eveyone keeps asking for the my daily Red Drink Recipe. Just for clarity, my drink was inspired by Dr. Peter Minke a few years ago. Please listen to his 10 minute video that explains the base of this healthy drink!! For real, this is a game changer! For a quick powerful reminder on what NingXia Red does for you, please take 11 minutes to hear the Ningxia Red health benefits by Young Living's Royal Crown Diamond Marcella Vonn Harting PhD

When I make my Red Drink, I change it up as I need different things. I have been known to add 6 oz of beet, carrot, spinach or kale juice. I add K & B along with lots of Vitality Oils on a regular basis. Just remember, YOU do YOU. Play with it & use the things that YOU feel would work for you. Monitor how you feel. Add more or less of everything according to your needs.

Please note, I double Dr. Peter Minke's base & use it all day long. You could also simply do it once a day & divide everything in half. You do not have to use everything. I have a lot of health issues so I use lots of stuff. You do you. Let me know if you use it, how you like it & what you feel after 7 days.

Shannon's Mega Red Drink

Ingredients:

  • 20 – 30 oz Water

  • 4 oz NingXia Red

  • 3 half-droppers Rehemogen

  • 3 half-droppers K & B

  • 1 packet Mindwise (Sometimes I just drink this & don’t add it in)

  • 7 drops Iodine 2% (Start with 1 drop & work up to more)

  • 5 half-droppers Mineral Essence

  • 1 - 2 teaspoon Sulfurzyme

  • 1 scoop AminoWise

  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Scoop MegaCal (I use this 3x a week. When I take it daily I have loose stools.)

  • 1 scoop Dr Bergs Electrolyte Solution

Directions:

  1. Dump everything in a mason Jar

  2. Fill with Ice

  3. Shake

Tips & Tricks >>>

  • For an added boost of vitality, decrease the water by 16 oz and add 16 oz of your favorite juiced veggies & your favorite vitality essential oils.

  • If you decrease the water & add frozen fruit or vegetables, this makes a great base for a smoothie.
