Last month we ran a 30-Day Movement and Motivation Challenge on our FB Group. Lots & LOTS of people signed up with plans to do it with us. Lots and lots of people stepped up and increased their steps and overall movement for the summer.
I was one of those who really had major benefits. Like massive increase in my endurance and ability to breathe while walking, climbing stairs or simply stand for long periods of time while chatting with people. ALL huge for me!!
Most of you know that I have lost half of my body weight. I now weigh less than I have lost!!! It is crazy!!! I am so proud of all the changes, and I am READY for more!!! My personal goal, last year I was in a wheelchair, NEXT August, I will walk the 5K Bobby Crim Road Race!!! No oxygen! No wheelchair!! Who wants to walk with me???
