Balanced Blood Sugar & You

Let's talk about all things blood sugar. Every single person should be concerned about their blood sugar. YEP, all of us!!! Did you know that a side affect of hinkey blood sugar is

cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, vision loss, foot ulcers, fatigue, stroke, gum disease & nerve damage. Sadly, most people have no idea they are having blood sugar fluctuations until it shows up on routine blood work. According to the CDC, among the US population overall, crude estimates for 2018 were: • 26.9 million people of all ages—or 8.2% of the US population—had diagnosed diabetes. • 210,000 children and adolescents younger than age 20 years had diagnosed diabetes. • This includes 187,000 with type 1 diabetes.

Seriously, we can do better. There are so many things you can do to keep your blood sugar even & balanced. Your body was designed to repair itself when we give it what it needs! Let's talk about the role of your hormones & insulin!! Your body creates insulin & partners with the cells of your body to increase energy & store energy for later! Your pancreas is involved in multiple functions throughout your body!! What is the role of exercise. water, nutrition in keeping your insulin & blood sugar healthy & vital? Join us as we go deep into the cells of your body to find the answers!

Bring your lawn chair or cozy blanket, a big bottle of water & a few bottles of oil! Get away for a few hours as we all social distance together. No politics, no fear just a few hours of oily outdoor, friendship & fun!
